My height is 5'1 and for my height I m underweight. my weight is 36. Inspite of following good nutritional diet not able to gain weight . please suggest me supplementary medicine

Overweight.height 5'3" but weight 100kg.i want to lose weight coz all the doctors suggest that.i don't really eat that much.then why? I have swollen legs..as if they have water inside.
