Hi, I have trying some exercise from past 5-6 days and now I am feeling exhausted. I am feeling so tired that before I can perform 10 push ups in one go but Now I can't go for 5 even trying harder I can go for 6 that much. Also I am having a mild pain near liver , stomach area at the rightside.

U r exercising is good but u need proper nutrition for that muscle break, u need per and post work out meal sir for u r stamina and energy. Otherwise u r workout is West
