Fatigue and tired and haven't muscles

When I have gone to the gym or do a work in the sun I feel very tired my face turns red And happen to me hypotension. These symptoms repeat everytime I tried to do a hard work and I notice it from 2 years and I lost weight in those 2 years I was 91kg and now 65kg without reason. I am 170 cm RBCs count 4million per liter Ca++ 4.2 I wasn't eat well for a year because of depression and emotional problem but now I eat well.

Feeling energy less after 3 to 4 hours.

Sir regularly I eat breakfast around at 9am,but after 3 to4 hours only I am feeling energy less and unable concentrate with this low energy, This is not the case with morning breakfast, but also even after 3to 4hours of lunch,dinner.
