I m 5.3 Nd 70kg Weight.my periods are irregular (once after 3 month).I have fatty tummy and fatty arms n big chest.how I loose my weight.i have take multivitamins,vit D,cap Primrose and fish oil Cap daily.i don't eat junk food.

Want to reduce weight
I have to reduce my weight. I tried personal training and dieting but it isn't helping I m currently 60 and I want to reduce 5 kg more, my personal trainer tells that weight isn't going below 60 because of bone weight and more water content in the body.. Kindly suggest what next action I should take towards it.
