Healthy weight loss

I have been staying away from rice ,bread,pasta ,juice, soda . I have only one cup of coffee a day and a cup of decaf tea in the evening . I eat veggies everyday with protein,salad and no success. I do have hyporthyroid for almost 18 years now . I don't exercise alot, due to the things I do in a day and I get really exhausted easily.

Belly at young age

I m married now aliance search is going on i have huge bello weight is 72 kgs 5.75 feet at 30 yrs My normal weight is 65 kgs.. I work in shop full day work is there even sunday so no time for excwrcise. Is there any other way to reduce belly..i can spare 5 min alone any exercise for that?.. Weight stuck

Actually I want a diet to loose weight around 9 kg. I already loose 4 kg because of 900 cal.diet but it was done on first week after that my weight is stuck.. I am doing exercise at home and walk for 10-15 minutes regularly.. I done my health test everything is fine my thyroid sugar cholesterol.. But b12 is low and vit D is also low
