Last year I had an abscess in my throat and had my tonsils removed in January after being ill since September. I knew it was possible for my appetite to change but it hasn't come back. I'm never hungry and when I try to eat I instantly feel full and sick and like nothing else will go down. Because of it I'm constantly exhausted and feel ill and nauseous a lot. Waking up in the morning is the worst because I spend a good ten minutes gagging at nothing.

I am taking good diet but my weight can't increase and I feel weakness. I am advised my many doctors but I am still suffering .

I am 24 year old with height 157 cm. But my weight is 50 Kg. I want to gain 10-15 kg of weight to enhance my personality. Please provide me with diet chart to improve my appetite. I am also ready to join Gym but before that want to improve my eating habits.

Hi, Am about 100 kg weight and my height is about 6 feet. I smoke and drink. My right side just above abdomen is always more sensitive and Little painful. But when I sit straight, it's ok. But when I lean it's too sensitive and Little painful.

My baby is 2.5 years old now can I use post delivery belt. Is it effective to use now?
