Can u please help me know about what to eat on keto and what not.. i have tried all sort od diets and exercises and fed up.. recently i came through so many weight loss stories following keto diet.. i felt motivated and interested to start keto diet..

Ask me directly for keto diet. Keto diet is high fat low carbs diet. It is basically a 4 week plan and one can be on keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that. Ask me directly

Hi, I think you should take diet based on your body requirements . Single diet consult cannot manage your weight loss goal. You need step by step weight loss guideline. Keto diet you may follow but only for few weeks so this is not much useful for long term weight loss success. Take proper weight loss consult never believe on any tips only.

Hi, As professionalist we won't recommend keto diet for any one . Keto diet was originated for epipsy patient not for weight loss. Though it can lose your weight very fast. But it has very bad affect on body. Some side effects are Major Vitamin and Minerals deficientlike 1.Vit D , Vit B12 2.High lipid profile 3.Hypoglycemia 4.Nausea, dizziness 5.Low concentration 6.Loss of muscle strength, skeletal fracture even osteoporosis. 7. Kidney stones And many more      U are so young dear, you can reduce your weight in healthy way without any deficiency. See, overweight can be because many reason 1. PCOD 2. Endocrine disturbance ( thyroid/ Diabetes) 3. Psychological problem 4. Low metabolism rate 5. Stress 6. Effect of medication 7. vitamin deficiencies       So , my opinion - reduce weight in healthy way without harming your body because if you the cause of overweight you can easily reduce your weight.
