Keto diet with exercise

Hello , My weight so far : 107 KG Height : 172 cm Age : 37 years Married.no illness I have been following Keto diet for 1 month so far . My breakfast consist of a cup of tea . Go to work for 6 hours during that time I get a cup if cappuccino . No lunch at all . The dinner usually consists of chicken and salad cooked with care to not icluded any carbs . Recently when I practice on the gym especially bodybuilding get pain on my muscles . Also drink to much of water . any advice

Following are my Lipid profile reports values CHOLESTEROL - 166 TRIGLYCERIDES - 259 SR. HDL - 34 SR.LDL - 80.2 SR.VLDL - 51.8 T.C / HDL - 4.88 LDL / HDL 2.36 The TRIGLYCERIDES, SR.HDL & SR.VLDL are not in the range. Is it worrisome?
