Body weight nerve tissue development

Underweight

I am 30 and have a 2.5 yr old child. I am very weak and have lost all my weight and body strength post delivery and by breastfeeding. I was breastfeeding my baby all this while and just in the process of stopping it. I have lost all my stamina and finding very difficult to do my daily routine work.
