NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT
My age is 21 yrs and weight is 105.1kg my height is 178cm my bmi is 33.2 i am heavily overweight. I need to lose 35kgs in 6 months keeping in mind not to lose more than 1kg per week.Just started exercise..I exercise jumping rope for 30 mins.. 500 jumps.. previously i used to do 1000 jumps per day.. Cannot control hunger.. whenever I get stressed i eat.Help

Hello.i was wondering how can i manage to lose weight while dealing with school at the same time.i believe im abit of an emotional eater so whenever i feel stressed or worried i eat comforting food (unhealthy) to help.i also have zero motivation during school to diet even tho i need to lose weight urgently.as far as i know i feel like the only thing that could help is if i was in a weight management clinic or something.i hope youll be able to help me out somehow.thank you
