Iam 20 years old.studying degree.my current weight is 67 kg and my height is 155cm..my pyscial activity level is too low.i woke up at 5 in morning and then go to class and come back home and sleep this is my daily routine..eating food at 3 times a day.please help to reduce my weight as required per my height and age ..provide me a good diet plan.iam a non veg..but i can meats from my diet.no time for exercise ..so please help me
