I'm looking for weight loss. Please suggest diet and help me. From one week going for walking for half an hour and morning one roti with peanut butter, warm water with honey and lemon, green tea and fruit, afternoon two rotis with dal, leafy veg, other veg, dinner also same as lunch

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
