Hi I need a weight gain plan for my father. He is 68 years old, has some symptoms of Parkinson's and is type 2 diabetic. Sugar is under control. He always lower energy levels and has lost some weight. His lifestyle is more sedentary. Can you advise a diet plan for him. Vegetarian south Indian. thanks

Bloating after meal , dizziness, weakness, weight loss, loss o appetite. when i eat something after food i feel like go to toilet. and feels like giddyness.

For about a month or so I have been finding it really difficult to eat I'll be at work 8:30-5pm and will be starving but I just cannot eat I try to force it down but its hard.
