I thought to include some omega 3 fatty acid in my diet. As in daily life it's quite impossible for me to meet all the essential nutrients and a balanced diet. So I ordered Seven seas cod liver oil capsules. Now my question is what should be its dosage? I have heard that if one can not take the proper dose rather high dose..the result will be null n void. So please help me ... what should be the dose?
