I am 5'10" and 78 kgs I need perfect diet for muscle gain but I am pure vegetarian and don't want to gain only fat

Before my weight was 52 n i've gained 5 kgs its 57. How much thyroxine dose should I take before I was having 100mcg tablets

I have a problem with weight gain. I can lose it but it’s hard for me to gain considering my metabolism.
