Hello, From last one year onwards I have gained a lot of fat arround my belly. Please tell me how to get rid of this. I gained 11 kgs of weight this year. I got my leg fractured last year so couldn't move for one year....that is the main reason of this hain. Now I am totally fit and fine..... Please tell me what to do....I want to get rid of this fat.
