My 4 yr daughter hav pain in her legs n she is tooo thin n her weight is 11 kg why plzz suggest wat i should giv to her to decrease pain in her legs

I m in a diet for lst 1.5 months ..my body feels light my pant size is loosen up my shirt size is nw xl which was xxl before .. bt after mesuring my weight i m shockd i weight around 115 kg .. evryone is shockd i m looking slim than before bt i m weighing too much .. i m a 6 feet tall guy .. i want to loose weight i m vry much tensd.. plz help

Pcos was detected 8 months ago & also underweight (37kgs). pcos treatment is running, bt weight is still being a problem. I used to take frequent meal as I can't take heavy meal at a time.
