Chest & Breathing Problems

After going to bed, after 2-3 hours, am unable to breathe, chest is heavy accompanied by cough with sputum and it makes me sleepless after that . If am sitting am okay.. and when I lie down in bed again I feel breathless. It becomes Normal during day only with slight dough. This is frequent now.. Can someone say what it is and whom to see pls ?

I have been having shortness of breathe for the past 6 months. Now its reduced a lot. i am having nose block at night and my CT PNS shows Deviated Nasal Septum and mild mucosal thickening is right maxillary and right inferior and middle turbinate hypertrophy, right of frontal sinuses hypo pneumatized with areas of ground glass density within. I have to take breathe through my mouth at times. i have also lot of burping and gastric issues. i always get some liquid or mucus in my throat(not sure from my nose or from somewhere else) which i have to clear every now and then.. I was very much PANIC about the current covid that, all symptoms appear more or less similar. I was getting panic that i would get pneumonia or some serious illness. I constantly check my Pulseoximeter and even it shows 95 for sometimes iam worried. I want to know the exact reason for my breathing issues. My CT X ray PFT taken in october were clear. How to find what causes my breathing problems?

Sir   One of my nose either left or right always remain closed when right nose is open then the left will be closed and vice versa that cause breathing problems

In July I got covid +ve since then I am having following symptoms from 6 months: 1) all of a sudden breathing stops and hands get numb and lips get Dry and it feels very suffocating during that phase I can't breathe at all. 2) itchy throat and feel like coughing it out every time. 3) can't climb stairs - pulse rate goes very High and my respiratory rate also becomes very high . 4) hyperventilation throughout the day. 5) unable to take deep breathe. 6) coughing starts anytime . 7) reccuring low grade fever 8) all of sudden breathing completely stops and I start suffocating very badly 😣😭
