Chest & Breathing Problems

I just did my Chest x-ray as a routine checkup. I've no problem at all. No cough, no cold. It says isolated hilar/mediastinal mass/lymphadenopathy (non-calcified) I want to know 1. Is this contagious? Do I need to worry about my parents and people around me? Again, I don't have any problem of cough and cold. 2. Is this a symptom of TB. Please help me understand this

I am asthmatic. Using foracort 2 puffs a day on SOS basis. For BP using Omnitan H one tab after breakfast. When breathing trouble comes doctor recommended last time ( one year back) montgress fx / Montair LC. Recently I had viral pneumonia and I admitted to a hospital. After five days released from hospital. Later Covid  test becomes positive but asymptomatic. After 14 days on home quarantine Covid test becomes negative. Doctor recommended Montek LC/ Montair LC for 10 days , foracort 200, 2 puffs twice a day. My question is what medicine I should continue for my asthma management. I faced breathlessness normally when go upstair beyond 1st floor.

Hi Sir/Mam, Few days back, my father has undergone ECG as a routine check up and has got the report on the same day. Please go through the below findings and let me know the details on the same. Note: Age is 67+, non smokers, controlled Blood Pressure, controlled Blood sugar, have Cholesterol but taking Ecospirin (1tab/day, after dinner) and stroke or heart attack in the past. How to know my chest pain is from physical or mental i am having needle like pain in chest that go away quickly and muscle flickering in whole body no shortness or breath or pain while taking deap breath

My father has a post covid infections. He maintaining 95 % saturation on 40-45% FIO2. Carbon dioxide retention is there , any suggestions and help

From past few months my parents observed that I'm snoring everyday and it is way too loud. Is there any way to get this confirm if it's a serious issue? Any permanent solution for snoring problem?

Hello Sir/Madam, I am having cough since Aug 2020. Consulted pulmonologist as I am started little pain in Chest in Nov, after trying medicine from PMP. He has asked to take X-ray, CBP & ECG. ECG was abnormal and he asked me to take TMT and 2D echo. I have taken Both the tests and consulted Cardiologist. He said everything is normal and gave some medicine for muscle pain. After 1 month also I am not getting releif from cough and discomfort in Chest is same. I again consulted other pulmonologist he also said everything is fine it could be becoz of gastric issue and written Ivepred 4 & Montuvir. I got little relief from cough after using them for 4 days and It was ok for that week. After completing 1 weeks medicine I again started feeling same.  Cough is not severe but it's there, after lying down for sleep I get little bit more and then it's fine. No cough during sleep. Discomfort in Chest still there. Please suggest me a way to get rid of these problems (cough and chest pain)

My oxymeter  is not showing RR reading except some glimpes. However it is giving steady reading when is being used in other's finger. The problem is happening in my case only. Please give some advice.
