Chest & Breathing Problems

I've suffered from allergy for 7-8 years which  causes runny nose and sneezing.I usually take montina l/citrizine for it.I never suffered breathing problems due to it but for the last 3-4 weeks, I've been suffering from difficulty in breathing and cough. To counter difficulty in breathing I'm taking montina l but today since I was also suffering from cough/runny nose,I also took sinarest. So my question is,is it safe to take montina l with sinarest at the same time?

I can feel some pea sized structure between chest area. Sometimes I feel chest pain as well. I went through the internet and found that it might be xiphoid process. What is the best way to diagnose the issue and what is the surgery cost in case I go for the removal?

Hi I am having mid chest tightness since 10 months.all blood test are normal , chest xray is normal Doctor said it's because of anxiety but after taking anxiety medications , this thing is not going. Whistling sound while i am breath out in early morning time. Also rarely got cough. Already taken medicine for monticope and aerocort inhaler when i have issues.

I have been diagnosed with OSA for past 2 years. Loud snoring and excessive neck fat. I have started BIPap but have a few doubts. 1. Are there any side effects of BiPap. 2. Can wrong pressure setting harm you. 3. If i somehow get infected with Covid, will the forced air push the virus deeper in the lungs?? Please help me by answering all these questions.
