Chest & Breathing Problems

I am suffering from minor chest pain from last 6-7 Months specially while coughing,Turning positions right or left during sleeping only. There is no pain while sitting, walking. Before 6 months I consulted MD doctor,he suggested To go with ECG,My ECG was normal. Due to some ear infection I went to ENT doctor, he suggested for checking Ige level. My ige level was too high at that time. He had given some antibiotic for 15 days and a course of Montelukast tablets for 30 days. That course was over almost 2 months before. As my chest pain is still there so I requested my doctor to suggest some screening. he then suggested CT-Chest. The report is attached in which  "   small ground glass opacities" came in findings. Please suggest what is the report reveals and what is the treatment?? Is there any serious issue?? is my chest pain associated with this??

Hello respected doctor I have done all tests LP regarding Breathing x-ray , x-ray pa view ecg , pft , blood test ,all came normal still facing difficulty to take satisfied breath please guide me to what other tests can be done to overcome this problem I am fed up please guide me

My father had hemoptysis of 10ml/day once in a month from past three months with daily cough, but when consulted doctor, he said it is due to cavity from post tb and expected, he gave tabs to reduce cough and said when hemoptysis is more than 25/ml per day, admit immediately. Why is this suggested?

I am having nasal congestion fever and very light cough with yellow sputum for the past 2 days. i have been taking para and azithro and fever subsides and again comes. i am having normal taste and smell. Hi Doc, Suffering from a sharp pain just beside my left arm pit on my left chest and it is very pointed at one place. Having a dull kind of pain but when pressing the area it pains a lot. The pain also radiates to left neck and also to the left arms in a very dull manner. Did not have done any heavy work buy yes spend load of time ( 12 + hours ) on laptop. I've suffered from allergy for 7-8 years which  causes runny nose and sneezing.I usually take montina l/citrizine for it.I never suffered breathing problems due to it but for the last 3-4 weeks, I've been suffering from difficulty in breathing and cough. To counter difficulty in breathing I'm taking montina l but today since I was also suffering from cough/runny nose,I also took sinarest. So my question is,is it safe to take montina l with sinarest at the same time?
