Chest & Breathing Problems

I am undergoing tb treatment and 6th month about to start..i am facing coughing from last 10-15 days .. i went to doc with x ray he suggested nothing serious and cintinued the medicine like rcinex,.he also gave alergy meficine like allegra and anti biotic ...but my xray comment  by radiologist is  " brnchiovascular marking is prominent in bilateral lung field" so is it ok???

Sometimes I feel short breath mostly when i laying down and sometimes I can't burp properly.It is happening from last 2 to 3 months. What should I do?

My breathing gets stuck for seconds 1-2seconds maybe just 1seconds I don't know how to out it in words but it's like if it happens in front of someone they think m choking or can't breath. It's not painful but I just wanna know it's normal?

Is hemoptysis an expected condition for Pulmonary TB patients at anytime (even after TB is cured) in lifetime considering a cavity caused by TB?

I've got my Chest X-ray done today. I'm 29 and have zero problem. Just got this as a routine annual thing. I've never tried smoking and am a teatotaller. But the report says, "mild left basal pleural thinkening is noted", what does that mean? Is it contagious? Something to worry about? Please help

After taking tb medicine my heart beats fast during sleep and after also no shortness of breath but i have headache what it could be i couldn't sleep bcuz of this no coughing only headache and fast heart beats all day my bp 130/70

Sometimes I feel like tightness in chest and breathlessness. I have cough since many days , some time white and some time yellow cough . Cough increases when I take a dip of tobacco. My legs muscle are also paining and burning sensation I feel in body some time

History: In August 2018, diagnosed with Pulmonary TB and had a right upper lobe cavity. Recovered from TB after a year. In Dec 2020 when CT scan was done, doctors said there were three cavities and right lung is severely damaged and TB tests were negative. So, what is the reason for increase in number of cavities and damage to lungs? He had recurrent cough since August 2020.

I am feeling shortness of breath,many times in a day even after doing a little physical work. Even do to this from past few months i am feeling difficulty in speaking properly..
