Chest & Breathing Problems

I am 28 years old and i am having pain in middle of chest and middle of upper back. I cant even breath without pain. I am having pain continously from yesterday night. Is this anything serious?

Sometimes I feel pain on right side of my chest and pain in shoulder and sometimes in neck and back normally

Patients History: Diagnosed with Pulmonary TB on August 2018, recovered in a year with ATT medicines. August 2020 dry cough noticed, tablets didn't help to stop cough. November end blood spotted in sputum. Dec first week 25ml/day noticed with cough. CT aortagram scan showed three cavities on right lung with blood from arteries, left lung normal. Underwent BAE on right lung, 3 bronchial arteries blocked, one left as connected to brain. After 36hrs patient died with massive hemoptysis in just 5 mins from outflow of blood from mouth and nose. My questions are 1) is massive hemoptysis expected so soon after BAE? 2) In hemoptysis, can blood come from mouth and nose as well? Patient just had a cough coming back from bathroom and blood started in no time leading to death 3) Patient had developed tieredness, sleepiness, right shoulder pain after 24hrs. Does this indicate any other Symptom? 4) Is it ok to walk after 24 hrs of BAE with above symptoms of query number 3?

I have took very hot steam directly from stove continous for 45 days thrice daily I have approached many doctors everyone said nothing due to steam but after that my health started to deteriorate and today I have damaged my lungs due to excessive steam inhalation directly from stove it's very painful .so plz doctors don't advice steam and also don't cover it saying steam doe not cause anything it has affected me a lot.

Hi i developed irritation from sanitiser 3 months back and started rashes on my skin month back. Also when I conducted blood test my IGE levels were 200 and within one month it has rose to more than 1000. Test to find allergens was dust panel and it showed positive.(blood and skin prick test) I'm not allergic since birth only when I come in contact with Dust I have throat irritation only. Now phlegm production is there. PFT and X ray are normal could anyone advise what shall I do to bring the levels down as it was before. I live in Delhi and I understand whether changes but it should not increase

D dimer test done. Result 2.82 against normal range of 0.50. please suggest medicines. USG whole abdomen is normal. Other reportss are normal. Feeling like chest uneasiness sometimes since a month.

Mjhe tb diagnose hua tha in ct scan in may 2020. Lungs mei kch nodules the. Tb maine dots treatment liya tha. Jo nov 2020 mei khtm ho gya. Pta nhi treatment ke kch tym baad mjhe chest pain hone lga. I thought its normal but jb ye zyda hone lga toh maine ct scan kraya usme pta nhi koi necrotic lymph node in prevascular region aaya h I don't know ye h kya.. Mjhe chest pain kyu ho rha h. Mjhe kis treatment ki need h. Kindly help me..

My mother has Asthma form coupe of years. As prescribed by the doctor she inhales asthma capsules regularly. However during the last one month she is feeling increased discomfort even after taking the asthma capsules or had to take more frequently. She is feeling tired or breathless for a small walk with in the house or while taking care daily household chores.

Please can you tell me the pft report is normal or not because iam facing breathing difficulty or it's my anxiety
