Hi I am having mid chest tightness since 10 months.all blood test are normal , chest xray is normal Doctor said it's because of anxiety but after taking anxiety medications , this thing is not going. It's not full day but it happens suddenly How can I diagnose this issue means what test should I go through to diagnose it Current medication Etizola 0.25 Propanol SR 40 Stizola 50

Whistling sound while i am breath out in early morning time. Also rarely got cough. Already taken medicine for monticope and aerocort inhaler when i have issues.
