Chest & Breathing Problems

MY Daughter has problem of liquid cough discharge from nose and mouth ,she is 12 years old. the problem persists from many months, i consult with many doctors and take medicines  but she could not get relief from this desease , i can not understand what is the real problem and what is its cure, please help me and give a right advice to me.

Not proper filling in lungs during inspiration And after forcefully inspiration there is moderate pain in right Lung .whenever I am feels hungry it become difficult to breath even normally

I had covid two months back I did hrct after one month which was normal daily I check oxygen level since then but since yesterday oxymeter showed value once 94 for few seconds then 93 and then 97 also today morning it did same I did my crp it was 2.6 mgl I am tensed

My mother is 65 2 weeks ago she had little fever and stomach pain followed by loose motions. When seeing the dr they did an x-ray and concluded chest infection and give some anti-biotics for 7 days, we haven't done covid test of her, she is not feeling any pain in body and has cough, oximeter read 91,she is now complaining about little pain at deep exhalation. Do we need to see a doctor again? Is it covid?

Having stomach ache and chest pain in right side also having cold and problem in standing also suffering from cold

I'm suffering from cold and cough ,every time cold get vanish but cough last long approx 20-25 days or month ,I have to change 3-4 cough syrup for recovering (ps:- high dose cough syrup 3 times a day make me sleepy and feels dizziness ) what to do for early recovery?

Can anyone help to understand CT scan results and what to do next FINDINGS: A small calcified nodular opacity seen along the fissure in lateral segment of right middle lobe measuring 3.7 mm – suggestive of healed granulomatous lesion. Few subcentimeter sized , non-calcified lymph nodes are seen in prevascular, para aortic,AP window, precarinal, largest measuring 9.1 mm in AP window region.
