Does the lung fibrosis can be curable ? What was the treatment for lung fibrosis and how fibrosis is occurs

Suffering from COPD from last 2months. My question is COPD is curable or only it's symptoms are cureable

A while ago i started taking calcium supplements and in the recent 1 month or so ive started having chest pain and shortness of breath. Any medications i should use for this?

Recovered Covid 10 days back. Having randomly high pulse irrespective of taking Prolomet XL 12.5 once a day and little tightness in chest while breathing. I'm a 32 years old male with no other medical complications. Height- 5.75 ft, weight- 95 kg (can't exercise to reduce weight due to abnormal pulse) Looking for any helpful suggestion. I feel a pain in the centre of the chest sometimes. No problem in breathing or any other issues. Its only on somedays i feel otherwise its normal. What can be the possible reason behind it. Earlier i used to do gymming i thougyt it could be muscle pain.
