Slight chest pain
A few days back,I wasn't in a good mental state.I was crying. However, after sometime I could feel a slight pain on the left side of my chest. The pain was such that whenever I move, there is a slight pain on the left side.On the very next morning,my left arm, shoulders and back of my shoulders started paining immediately after I woke up alongwith that slight pain.I applied volini on my elbow joint and the pain reduced. However ,that slight pain is persisting even now.It has been 4to 5days already.Whenever I move,I can feel a slight sharp pain. Why is it happening?

Rust color phlegm
Hi,
I left smoking 2 years back. ( 4-5 years I smoked )
After leaving smoking I started to get rust color phlegm only in the morning. It's been continued for 2 years now. Is it normal for smoker who has quit. I don't have any chronic cough or cold or fever.
