Anxiety and stomach issues
I have anxiety as well as acidity problem. I have done all the tests on June Sugar,hemoglobin,TSH, CBC All were normal .Had an ecg also detects Sinus arrhythmia. My concerned is that most of the time I get nervous and tensed feeling comes from stomach along with heart palpitations.Its now irritating everytime I can feel my heart beating in most of the time also having sleep problems. I want to get rid of it .My anxiety and stomach issues. Now from past few months I am getting panic attack monthly 2 to 3 times suddenly.I have also loss weight due to this problem I have loss of appetite.I cant digest rich foods.Mood swings ,headache,muscle cramps,menstruation anxiety.  I want some medicine for short term use which won't have any side effects .Need proper help. Its very much affecting my health and life for last 9months.
