Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi Dr My father tested covid19 positive on 3rd Dec and tested covid19 negative on 20th Dec. He is active only with no major complaints. Just to be on safe side , we have got hrct chest ct scan. Impression : Subplueral ground glass opacities in bilateral lung fields predominently in bilateral lower lobes - corads 4 CT Severity Score is 06/25 My father is given with B complex ,Vit C , vit D 60k for using next 20dys. Any additional medicines to be used ?

Heterogeneous opacities noted in left upper and middle zone. This is the X ray taken for cough. Please suggest what to do.

Hello sir/mam.It was 2 weeks before first time in my life I had experienced a severe pain in the backside of brain because of dry coughing.Whenever I started coughing the pain became more intense. I took medicine and my health was in a good position after 3-4 days. After 15 days of this incident,yesterday,same situation happened. Because of dry cough pain in the backside of pain became more intense.In my life this type of headache never happened and only after coughing this happened.Yesterday the pain was so severe that I could not breath properly and I went to local govt medical at 1:30 am. They used the oximeter and the count was 90 and gave me 3 injections and the pain was slowing down. After that I went to popular pulmonologist today morning and he told that I am suffering from asthma and because of that the breathing issue happened and told me to undergo cbc, aec,pft.Please tell me whether I am suffered from asthma or not. Here I attached the reports that generated today.

What is mean by likely infective(tuburcular) in CT but my smear test is negative what actually is the problem I have no cough no fever

I have 3 lymphnodes under my neck right side. I have been taking TB medicine since last 6 months ever since FNAC report said TB and still continueing the medicine. These 3 lymphnodes are almost gone. I saw a new lymphnode couple of days ago and it’s swelling similar to other lymphnodes that swollen 6 months ago. I am not sure if i need to change the medicine now. Can you please help?

Kindly advice for 4 months baby 1. Having cough 2. Less sleep 3. Running nose 4. Chest congestion like symptom during breathing.
