Chest & Breathing Problems

Whistling sound while i am breath out in early morning time. Also rarely got cough. Already taken medicine for monticope and aerocort inhaler when i have issues.

I have been diagnosed with OSA for past 2 years. Loud snoring and excessive neck fat. I have started BIPap but have a few doubts. 1. Are there any side effects of BiPap. 2. Can wrong pressure setting harm you. 3. If i somehow get infected with Covid, will the forced air push the virus deeper in the lungs?? Please help me by answering all these questions.
