Need suggestion on whether my grand mom can get a vaccine for pneumonia?
What would be the suggested one keeping her age in mind?
She's not having any existing disease or neither under any medication.
Would really appreciate a revert on this.

Weather and pulmonary TB
My father stayed at Davanagere for over 40 years until his age of 75, he was a general practitioner at Govt hospital for 25 years. We shifted to Bangalore at his age of 76, he was diagnosed with Pulmonary TB with full right upper lobe cavity within three months in Bangalore. He claims that the cool weather of Blr from June had triggered TB. Is that so? Can cavity of right upper lobe happen in 2 months?
When in Davanagere (a place with little dry weather and sunny), he used to have persistent cough for about 15-20 days once a year and had a history of smoking for 15-20 years upto 75, average of 50 pack/year. Apart from this short cough, he was fit doing excercise, 4km daily walk without fail for 40 years.
So, why TB was not diagnosed in Davanagere? There were no serious symptoms apart from cough for 2 weeks/year.
