Please compare the xrays
The following xrays were taken 7 days apart. I can see a visible relieve in the fluid buildup. Please confirm the same. It's for a pleura effusion case and because the fever and other symptoms have subsided, I am assuming it is improving. The first xray is old The second one is new. Both 7 days apart after being on high dose antibiotics

There is no improvement . Such fluid collection requires to be removed and sent for analysis - based on reports either medicines need to be started or might require tube insertion or multiple pockets present . Kindly consider for a personal video consult for detailed explanation regarding how to go about and management options
