Very much burning in chest ,legs dizziness in head and numbness not able to eat any type of spicy food not even chapati when taken it burns alot which doctor to consult

X ray normal ,X ray pa view also normal ,blood test done came out normal and ecg done normal also attached pft can you share your opinions on pft please what other test should I do because I can't feel the air and I am tired of doing tests

I did my HRCT scan. It says focal bronchiolectasis in the right lower lobe posteriorly in the subpleural region. The appearance is none specific. Is this something I should be worried about? I want to know two things 1. Is this contagious? 2. Can this be anywhere related to TB? Please help me understand this

Hello sir/mam,i am having a problem in my body where i can feel a wheezing sound ,even though am not having a cold This problem have been arised since 4 to 5months, at first i assumed it was due to cold. Is this contagious? Do I need to worry about my parents and people around me? Again, I don't have any problem of cough and cold. 2. Is this a symptom of TB. Please help me understand this

I am asthmatic. Using foracort 2 puffs a day on SOS basis. For BP using Omnitan H one tab after breakfast. When breathing trouble comes doctor recommended last time ( one year back) montgress fx / Montair LC. Recently I had viral pneumonia and I admitted to a hospital. After five days released from hospital. Later Covid  test becomes positive but asymptomatic. After 14 days on home quarantine Covid test becomes negative. Doctor recommended Montek LC/ Montair LC for 10 days , foracort 200, 2 puffs twice a day. My question is what medicine I should continue for my asthma management. I faced breathlessness normally when go upstair beyond 1st floor.
