Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, my father has undergone Chest X Ray as a routine check up and got the report. Below are the findings, kindly go through the findings and let me know what all it means. Findings of the Chest X Ray PA view are: 1- No active lung parenchymal lesion is seen 2- Trachea is in midline 3- Both Hila are normal 4- Right dome of Diaphrgrm is elevated 5- Both Costophernic angles are clear 6- Cardio Thoracic ratio is normal

There is continuous itching in my nose and when I touch my nose or inhale a strong smell, I start sneezing continuously which is accompanied with runny nose and watery eyes. I also have blocked nose and a lot of congestion in my chest due to which I have difficulty breathing? Is it only allergic rhinitis or something else??

I am suffering with breadthlessness during small exercise and little hard work..I also feel breadthlessness during rising stair also..my b12 level os 176 and my IGE level is 682..And also I am suffering with general anxiety disorder..I was also a smoker..Now I quit...Should I have asthama problem or this is due to anxiety.? When he breaths there is different sound and when ever he gets cold his nose gets blocked every once in a month he gets fever

Today I felt Pain and discomfort in chest while stepping upar the last step in escalator at railway station after this when I get down from escalator; I became normal.but I m feeling slight roughness in chest. Hi does pleural effusion cause upper and middle back pain and chest pain ?in aug done hrct it showed minimal bilateral plueral effusion and infective etiology.I am experiencing this discomfort from sept but from last 1 month it became severe it's more when I wake up in the morning feeling heaviness and pain in the upper n middle back.while I am prostrating iam feeling pain in upper chest and upper back.
