Chest & Breathing Problems

My chest is paining since I woke up today in the morning. The middle of the chest is paining constantly and sometimes the jawbones and forehead are also paining. The pain increases when I inhale and somewhat decreases when I exhale.

I'm recently experiencing chest burning while inhaling and while sleeping I'm feeling sometimes my breathing is blocked no other symptoms

When i breathe through mouth i have a slightwhistling sound while breathing like it's clogged and it doesn't go away . I used to smoke but quit long ago . Very active in fitness but this breathing issue exists. Whom do i consult? Pls suggest

Having rcinex 450 mg medicine as a part of ATT. In Month 5 of medication, the color of urine has changed from orange (which happens because of the medicine) to mustard. What does it mean.

My father of age 41 years has been suffering from frequent cough,fever, weight loss and weakness for more than 6 months. He consumes tobacco products and cigarettes. He coughs so often at noon night time. He has lost much weight. 4 months before he was diagnosed with typhoid and from that time he has been suffering with fever. He's looking so weak and lean. Unable to work well. He has been using paracetamol tablets and other antibiotics but there is no use. Please give a good suggestion.

I am suffering from minor chest pain from last 6-7 Months specially while coughing,Turning positions right or left during sleeping only. There is no pain while sitting, walking. Before 6 months I consulted MD doctor,he suggested To go with ECG,My ECG was normal. Due to some ear infection I went to ENT doctor, he suggested for checking Ige level. My ige level was too high at that time. He had given some antibiotic for 15 days and a course of Montelukast tablets for 30 days. That course was over almost 2 months before. As my chest pain is still there so I requested my doctor to suggest some screening. he then suggested CT-Chest. The report is attached in which  "   small ground glass opacities" came in findings. Please suggest what is the report reveals and what is the treatment?? Is there any serious issue?? is my chest pain associated with this??

Hello respected doctor I have done all tests LP regarding Breathing x-ray , x-ray pa view ecg , pft , blood test ,all came normal still facing difficulty to take satisfied breath please guide me to what other tests can be done to overcome this problem I am fed up please guide me
