Chest & Breathing Problems

Please suggest based on attached x Ray report, my son is suffering with cough, remaining all reports are normal

First three days seen dark yellow Urine then swelling starts on foot after 3 days swelling feeling on hand paws . Also feeling breathing problem. After Consulting Dr. On phone he advised Antibiotics . Am allergic to Sulpha and others also Milk, Termerind

Hi, I am currently breastfeeding my 4 month old. I am suggested by doctor to take AB Phylline N ( acebrophylline and acetylcysteine) 2 times a day for 15 days. Is it safe to take these tablets during breastfeeding. Thanks

Hi doctor, I got my first fever on 19th Feb. It become recurring till 24th feb when mine fever touched 104. I did covid test on 24th and result came positive on 25th. I got admitted in hospital dur to high fever. Ct scan showed 30-40% involvement and crp was 6. and discharged on March 3rd with reduced crp 0.68 . I am not having any symptoms as of now.  Spo2 is around 97-98 and body temperature ( mouth) around 98.7 and 97.6( under armp). I am taking all required medicine as of now. So I am confused if I have completed 14 days of my incubation period or not?? What should be idle wait period for me. Please guide.

My mother has been discharged from the hospital after being diagnosed with pneumonia. She was in there for 6 days. Chest congestion is not entirely clear. What should we do? What things she should keep in mind and how will the pneumonia be cured completely ?

They gave reports too,In that my FEV1 value is 79 %pred FVc value is 78 %pred FEV1/FVC is 102 %pred FEF25_75 is  65 %pred PEFR is 58 % pred FEF 25% is  69 % pred FEF 50 % is 60 % pred FEF 75 % is 41 % pred FEV .5/FVc 66.57 % M.pred FEV3/FVC is 103% pred Lung Age Is 121 % pred ..Is that values are everything normal right,,is it OK right?? Please give me your valuable answers about my PFT test

Hello, i have had my blood reports, CT scan and chest xray which go to show that i have TB. My doctor had asked me to go through a Genexpert test but turns out since 10 days my sputum sample is being rejected by the lab. It's supposed to be thick and I'm not able to induce that kind of cough. I've done steam at my home these days. My doctor has asked me to undergo bronchoscopy which I'm scared of. Help me please! is there anyway i can induce sputum?

I have doubt regarding the same Antibiotics which we can be used randomly  in future? If we used antibiotics medicine in the past to reduce the disease, can we use the same prescribed medicine randomly in future if we face same disease again??? Is it safe to use same prescribed tablets & capsules in the past for the future purpose incase needed?? Please give me your valuable answers?
