Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello i feel shortness of breathe through out the day and cant focus on any work. on contrary, i feel relaxed when i jog or brisk walk. done few tests ecg echo tmt and chest xray. all came normal. oximeter shows always 97+ spoz level. am not sure if it is psychological but this this breathlessness condition leaves me shaky when i think about it more.

Can terbutaline sulphate increase heart and how much and alternative for terbutaline sulphate which has minimal side effect for bronchodilation

Having cold and nose block from yesterday, from evening having difficulty in breathing like have to take a deep breath gives satisfaction(struggling to take deep breath also?, no fever or cough. Took echo, spirometry and ecg before 6 months due to breath attack and everything seems to be normal. Finally started taking medicine for anxiety and felt better, now again facing breath attack how to identify whether is anxiety or some other. Kindly advise

The following xrays were taken 7 days apart. I can see a visible relieve in the fluid buildup. Please confirm the same. It's for a pleura effusion case and because the fever and other symptoms have subsided, I am assuming it is improving. The first xray is old The second one is new.
