Dear dr i have high ige level 2500 with severe asthma taking montewok lc and asthalin 2 mg daily kindly sugges medicine to reduce the ige level

Hello, after eating meal i feel like my chest is heavy and always i feel like something stuck in my throat and i forcefully try to cough. Sometimes also i feel like my breathing is not complete and i try to inhale and exhale deeply. I was suffering from acidity but now i have controlled my diet and its normal now. So is it like any lung problem ? But it happens suddenly not all time, sometimes my back hurts too while breathing. I am working woman if i sit for a long my back pains. Now my major concern is about incomplete breathing i have to take deep breathes. Please help me

Hi doctor, I have completed 21 days of covid. My ct scan on day of admission showed 30-40% lungs involve with ground galssy and crazy paving pattern. I was given treatment as per covid guidelines i.e. steriod for 16 days.i was not on oxygen suport during admission My sp02 is maintained well so far and even after 6 min of work. I am bit scared if I can develop lungs fibrosis... My age is 32. Please suggest what are mine chances of developing lungs fibrosis and if it happen then how long would I survive ??

Doctor, it is possible for covid ( or even normal) person to see difference in sp02 fall 3-4 points just after stream inhalation? After 5 miln rest, it comes to normal 97-98 value on oximeter ... Is this behaviour normal??
