Chest & Breathing Problems

I get cold during winters every year which seems to vanish in the summertime. During these colder months, I have blocked nose, wheezing when I sleep(not on all days) , sneezing in the morning and runny nose all day. Itchy eyes on certain days. And I find myself breathing from my mouth. Itchy nose as well.

My father is having a minor heart problem, he has high creatinine, low sodium issue. He has high blood pressure and high Sugar level. He is having a cough issue. Can he gargle with warm water with salt? Can he use salt for gargle as he is having high blood pressure? can he use normal warm water for gargle?

My 64 years old mother had Covid Pnemonia in December 2020.. She was on oxygen and recovered... No breathing issue but her oxygen stay 94 to 93 always when she is awake.. And when she falls asleep it stays between 80 to 90.. Her chest x ray after 2 months shows Prominent Bronclovascular Markings of B/L lung fields.. What does this mean? Does she needs treatment? Is this normal or abnormal? Please reply 🙏

Cannot breath , lift the hand or any activities. Right breast is paining from last day. I take only thyroid tablet. No other medications . Please suggest to relieve this pain.
