Chest & Breathing Problems

My dad is 68 years old. He has been diagonised with pneumonia yesterday and after CT scan, the doctor suspects it to be covid. However my dad has no breathing issues, no weakness or fatigue nor is he feeling dizzy. I suspect something is not right. Any advice? We have approached for a covid test to know the score.

Whenever I take long breath I feel something moving in my wind pipe I have checked for this multiple times but no results my X-ray is also clear nothing comes up its just air. I do have gas issues like too much gas in my bowels. So does that mean it is gas moving in my wind pipe or something else Because there is no mucous or phelgum coming out.

My mother has been diagnosed with MDR-TB and the doctor has suggest lots of medicine that too high mg medicine to take in a single time.. After taking those medicine my mother feels like fainted, she is not eating her food properly only some 2-3spoon of rice and if Roti then only half or sometimes just a single bite, she is drinking milk and juices but not eating properly. My query is can she take her medicine part by part like some of medicine in noon time and some in night time after food and the injection which doctor suggested her to take for next six month what will be the best time for injection in morning time or in evening time. Need your advice doctor please help us we are too worried about our mother.

In above treatment, Dr. Has given me Fomitide 200 (formoterol fumarate and budesonide) for inhalation, Duonase nasal spray. Its effectivene but after taking this it feels much tiredness, sleepiness, hoarseness of voice and mainly muscle pain so that there is no desire of walking or any work. So my concern is that 1. Lower dose can reduce these side effects? 2. If yes, is lower dose of this medicine is available? 3 If available then what will be dose?

My mother is suffering from bronchitis from last 2 months ,her chemotherepy was also on which ended on 1.2.2021 but now she have too much weakness and she keep coughing whole day and night and can't even sleep in night and have breathing issues also . She is on few medicine mentioned below

I am preparing for neet pg... completed my MBBS this year..i am suffering from allergic rhinitis since 15 years and also chronic sinusitis .. I have severe pain and tenderness on palpating my sinus...also painful eyes.. and headache.. I have tried all sorts of medicine which we use..I am now planning to take immunotherapy ie allergic vaccination for house dust mites.. which I'm allergic to.. Sir/madam... Always pain in chest..its increases when seating but get relief on walking or when exercise also relief in lying down..always pain starts after seating in office for more the 2 hrs..its happening from long time..what is this can anyone diagnose
