Chest & Breathing Problems

I am attaching a CT scan report of my chest. Please give me information on this. My treatment is over a year ago but still my cough is not gone.

I have been diagnosed for tb from past 6 months and I'm on the medicication for that and this is my last week of the medicines. But still now I coughs I did chest xray but doctors told it is clear. But why do I have cough still do I need to continue the medicines still more. Or any other reasons.

My daughter is 2 months old and diagnosed with perimembranous vsd, what should be the average heart rate, she has bp of 130/96, is this normal level and also her belly breathing is fast.

Is there any complete cure of sleep apnea My father has this problem from several years but these days it is increasing...he has snoring problem too and he gets sleep very fast ,even in sitting on chair What is the best way to diagnose/ reduce it ?

My father had moderate covid and was in hospital for 5 days, received remedisver, discharged on Jan 1st, got covid profile test in mid Jan all reports are fine and even tested negative it's been 1.5 month, he still has mild dry cough and no other symptoms How long does one have cough post covid and should we go any testing again , Any recommendations would be helpful

Can anyone tell what does this report says? apart from left lung collapse. Is this okay or anything serious.

Hi, From few days my chest pain sometimes in left and sometimes on right side. Its is muscles pain or chest rig cage pain. I don't have any problem in breathing, no cough also. I tried deep breathing and don't feel any pain while doing it also. Last month I did chest xray it was completely fine. I suffer from Vitamin D & B12 deficiency. Kindly guide

Please explain this report attached of CT scan of chest. This was taken because of dry cough. N small blood stains in bulgum.
