Asthma person can take covid vaccine?
My father(64age) is having asthma and diabetes which vaccine he need to take covishield or covaxin, is there any tests need to be done before taking vaccine for asthma patients, I am in full confusion. bharath biotech mentioned in there guidelines people who are having allegeries should not take covaxin. So please suggest me. some people were dying after taking vaccine what may be the reason.

Hi. I understand your concerns . First point is there is no option about which vaccine to take as whichever vaccine is available at registered centre will be given . Second thing allergy here means having history of allergic reaction to any vaccine taken before. Finally taking or not taking vaccine is a individual decision . As as of now no data about covid or covid vaccine is confirmatory.
