Chest & Breathing Problems

I am a 24 yrs old having chest pain with burning sensation since last 4 - 5 months. Sometimes while sleeping breath gets stop suddenly and sometime i have to take braething very fast. Whenever i wake up i feel sore throat since 1 yr. And also blood is coming in saliva. I have visited doctor he advice for x ray. Report came normal. The following medication he has given me i feel little bit comfort from pain but still getting breathing difficulty.pain is not always at same point.

I got cold cough 1 month ago and now since its dried, I am facing dry cough and its not going away, kindly suggest me what I should do

Whenever i get flu or cold, i cough for about 1 month. Normally i can't take deep breath and my mom says i used to get cold often in childhood. I've experienced sudden unexplained weight loss. I'm having malabsorption problem due to digestive issue.

Hi, My mom diagnosed as COPD with dilated RA/RV/PA before 3months... And she tested positive for covid in last week.. Now, she cured from corona.
