Incomplete breathing
Hello, after eating meal i feel like my chest is heavy and always i feel like something stuck in my throat and i forcefully try to cough. Sometimes also i feel like my breathing is not complete and i try to inhale and exhale deeply. I was suffering from acidity but now i have controlled my diet and its normal now. So is it like any lung problem ? But it happens suddenly not all time, sometimes my back hurts too while breathing. I am working woman if i sit for a long my back pains. Now my major concern is about incomplete breathing i have to take deep breathes. Please help me
