Breathing difficulty
My left nose always have difficulty in breathing in & out. This started after my chicken pox 8yrs back. Milk & diary plus sugar induces more difficulty in breath. Pain between chest is there all the time. Checked with a pulmonologist he suggested an inhaler (rotahaler, revolozer) and tablets for inflammation in wind pipe, but nothing helped. All my xray reports are normal.

Care AI Shimmer
Get your spirometry (PFT) test. If that is normal , you don’t need inhaler. If you sneeze a lot or have allergic rhinitis, use anti allergic nasal spray
