Breathing problem
I'm diabetic (h1bac 7.4) and taking treatment. At time once in while I used to have breathing problem and got tested with treadmill and other tests and all come normal. I take Esiflow 250 inhaler 2-3 puffs and it becomes normal. From recent time I'm having this frequently specially when I wake up in the morning and/or in the evening time. Esiflow 250 still works but now it's frequent almost once in two days. Day time no issues only majority morning time and in the evening. Please suggest what should I do. Thanks

Needing your inhaler every two days instead of occasionally means your breathing symptoms aren't as well controlled as before. Esiflow working each time points to an airway cause such as asthma, since your heart tests have already come back normal. Morning and evening timing can point to allergens at home, acid reflux or weather and dust changes.
Next Steps
See a lung specialist to review your inhaler plan, since using it every two days is more than ideal for long term control. A spirometry or peak flow test can confirm how well your airways are responding.
Health Tips
Go in sooner if you ever feel breathless at rest, your lips or nails look bluish, or the inhaler stops giving relief.
