  4. Middle chest has constant pain. Obese!

Middle chest has constant pain
Hi doctors... My husband feels constant pain in the middle of the chest.. consulted a pulmonologist and heart doctor.. seems fine and gave medicine for muscle relaxation.. But he still has pain..pls throw some light on what else to check No BP or diabetes,he is obese
