Pain in the middle left of chest
I have a continuous pain in the middle left of the chest. On pressing that point, it also pains. Sometimes it is mild and sometimes it is strong (for seconds). I had PULMONARY TB three years before. I took the complete 9 month course for it . Any chance of getting TB again? Or there might be any other reason? What it might be? Please give suggestions TIA

Firstly chest pain can have various causes and the pain u might be having looks more like a muscular one associated with costochondritis or muscular spasm if u can localise the pain. Localising the pain and increase in pain on pressing a point does not happen if it's due to a parietal pleural(lung involvement) or cardiac lesion so I don't assume it's either of those. Having said that ur 2nd question is very pertaining and yes u can have TB again even after u have taken full treatment, it could be relapse or reinfection, but TB , especially pulmonary TB usually doesn't occur without associated symptom complex of fever , weight loss, loss of appetite and cough with expectoration for more than 2 weeks. Although I would advice if u have any such signs to get a repeat chest x ray done and consult a pulmonologist.

The pain maybe due to any bony lesion as you have pain on pressing that area. You can get TB again (without anysymptoms sometimes) if you are stressed, due to lack of proper nutrition and immunity. Or you might have TB of the bone. Or the pain maybe due to post TB fibrosis of lung but it wont be so continuous.

Go for ECG, HRCT chest, CBP, ESR, Mantoux test and consult a pulmonologist
