I have been having a pain in around the chest area which is constant since last two days. Pain is similar to a muscle sprain or a contraction. Had done ECG

Hello.. It would have been better if you would have attached ecg reports along .it's quite possible that the pain is related to muscle spam, acidity or the panic attacks apart from the ardiac or the kung issues...meet a physician ..thank you
