Mild to moderate exercise is advised, infact recommended for proper expansion of lungs but heavy exercise should be avoided. Consult a pulmonologist for more detailed advice

Pulmonary tb may cause pain if you have any associated pleural effusion/ pleurisy, or it may because of going to gym after a long time, do a online consultation with a pulmonologist for further evaluation and management

Pain does not occur due to pulmonary tb per se.. did you have associated pleural effusion ? Are you exercising after a long time . Any symptoms currently ? X ray shows any improvement ? Would like to discuss in detail . You can consult for a detailed discussion and would like to know about the details
