Smoking will directly lead to damage of lungs,  alcohol reduces immunity and makes the body more prone for infections in a healthy individual.

Hi. I understand your concerns. Alchohol and smoking should be be stopped immediately otherwise the TB treament may not work appropriately and also the there is adverse effects duee to it
