Hello.. fnac is a preliminary examination which is suggestive of tb . However a biopsy with gene xpert and mtb culture is required to be sent before starting medicines. Treatment duration is 6-9months based on clinical response. Kindly consider for a consult for detailed explanation regarding need for tb culture and further plan
